How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 7-21 days depending on the selected carrier and customs processing times in your country.
Do you offer a warranty on your hardware?
Yes, all MiSTer Addons hardware products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact support if you encounter any technical issues.
Are the boards pre-assembled or do I need to solder?
Most of our products, including IO boards and USB hubs, come fully assembled and tested. Any items requiring DIY assembly will be clearly marked in the product description.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to certain electronics.
Do you provide technical support for setup?
While we provide hardware documentation and setup guides on our site, we recommend visiting the official MiSTer FPGA forums and Wiki for software-specific configuration and core updates.
